What is your bedding made of?
Our signature blend is 60% long-staple Egyptian cotton + 40% bamboo viscose,
woven at 1200 thread count in a silky sateen finish. Certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 —
free from over 1,000 harmful substances.
Are these sheets suitable for hot sleepers?
Yes. The 40% bamboo viscose wicks moisture up to 3× faster than standard cotton,
helping your body stay cool through Australian summers. Many customers tell us
they've stopped kicking off the covers at 3AM.
Are they safe for sensitive skin and children?
Yes. OEKO-TEX® certified, hypoallergenic, and tested free from over 1,000 harmful
substances. Gentle enough for sensitive skin, eczema-prone sleepers, babies, and
the whole family.
What sizes do you offer?
All Australian-standard sizes: Single, King Single, Double, Queen, King, and Super King.
Our fitted sheets have a deep 40cm wall to fit modern mattresses including pillow-tops.

How does the 100-night trial work?
Sleep on your set for at least 14 nights. If you don't love it within 100 nights,
email us — we'll arrange a free pickup. Full refund, no questions asked. Even if
you've washed and used them.
Can I return sheets I've already washed or slept in?
Absolutely. We expect you to. The whole point of a sleep trial is to actually sleep
on them. We donate all returned bedding to Australian charities — never resold.

How fast is shipping?
Free shipping Australia-wide. Most orders arrive in 2–4 business days
from our Sydney warehouse. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your set is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia only — so we can guarantee fast delivery and full
customer support. International shipping coming soon.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll replace it free of charge,
no questions.

How do I wash my Ramesses sheets?
Machine wash cold or warm (max 40°C) with similar colours. Tumble dry low or line dry.
Iron on low if needed. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners — they break down natural
fibres over time.
Will the colour fade?
Our fabrics use OEKO-TEX® certified colourfast dyes. With proper care, your set will
keep its colour and only get softer with every wash — for years.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us within 2 hours of ordering, we'll do our best to help. Once
dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, your order can still be returned through
our 100-night sleep trial.
